ZERO STARS. This McDonaldâs is a complete embarrassment, and the blame starts with the so-called âmanager,â Juana. Iâve had to deal with bad service here before, but this morning proved exactly why this place runs like a circus.
I ordered inside at the kiosk because I canât use the drive-through. My order never popped up on the screen, yet I could see my food just sitting there getting cold near the coffee station. When I went to the counter, Juana didnât say one word. Not âhello,â not âwhatâs your order number,â not âdo you need condiments?â Nothing. She just shoved the bag in front of me, dropped two straws in it like she was doing me some huge favor, and then went right back to gossiping with another employee.
This woman has no business being a manager. Juana is rude, unprofessional, and flat-out lazy. If she canât even acknowledge a paying customer, how is she supposed to manage a store? The staff take their cues from her, which is why half the employees stand around talking trash about their personal lives instead of working. Customers were literally being ignored while Juana and her crew carried on like it was a hangout spot, not a workplace.
If McDonaldâs corporate thinks someone like Juana represents their brand, they should be ashamed. She is the reason customers walk out angry, the reason people like me are leaving reviews like this, and the reason this location deserves every single complaint it gets. Replace her with someone who actually cares about basic respect and customer service.    Read moreWorst service to date, I know there is lots and lots of abnormal people, I deal with lots of rude people on daily base that are not friendly, or might have an off day, not till today I got angry enough to call their HQ and complaint, today was not just a rude and uneducated or over worked stressed employee, today an employee looked at me and said you need to do this part on the coupon before I allow you to use the coupon, I understand business have rules and regulation, but now just paying for food is not enough, along with the food I  must register on line to get the promo " free egg mac ", the employee looked at me and said I am not going to validate this coupon, you must register on line, "you see read right there ", its not just this employee, its 90% of the crew in this location, bunch of bad characters training the other characters, the culture of this place is like those small supermarkets or shady gas stations that we might visit, they willing to take your money but not return the service, I am sure it goes up the chain to the MGRS and OO, sad thing most MACD's gone too far down, they pretty much need to be built from ground up, management then team.  I hate ignorant people, not for being ignorant, just their failure to...

Upon arrival, I was met with a significant delay in taking orders at the front counter. The inefficiency in service resulted in frustration among patrons, myself included, as we waited longer than necessary to place our orders. However, the most alarming aspect of my visit was witnessing a disturbing scene in the kitchen. I observed two cooks engaged in a heated argument, with raised voices and visible tension. Their loud and aggressive behavior not only disrupted the atmosphere of the restaurant but also raised concerns about the professionalism and harmony within the establishment. Overall, the combination of slow service and witnessing kitchen staff engaging in a verbal altercation significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
