McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Another edit: I haven't been here in months,I came today, surprise surprise, we had another problem. I do this to myself at this point. I haven't been to this location without a problem every single.time I come here. This time the lady didn't want to take my order and made me use the kiosk. I get everything ordered myself ,then machine says credit card only. Won't print receipt so I can pay cash at the front which I have to cancel and my rewards get deleted. I had to sit for 15 more minutes so I could use my rewards because SHE didn't want to take my order. I spent over 30 minutes just waiting here before I was able to finally leave. 8/23/24 Edit: so I decided to come back for another iced coffee. AGAIN they put no sugar in it. When are yall going to go and teach this location how to correctly make an iced coffee plain? It gets sugar!! Ordered breakfast at 10:10 am. I was a little.late getting it, I left my house at 1025am. I get to mcdonalds (past 1030 yes but I ordered at 10am) and my food is gone. My breakfast canceled and now they are saying I can help you get lunch! I don't want lunch! I want my dang breakfast before I go to work. If I wanted a burger I'd have ordered at 1030! Yall.just ruined.my morning and that's nothing new for this location. They can't even remember to put sugar in an iced coffee when I get one every single day. This one is close to my house, not coming...

Do not eat here. Please, please, please, avoid this place. I had never had any problems with food neither allergies. Three months ago, I stopped after work because it was late, I was hungry, and I didn’t have time to cook... I tried a chicken sandwich that has avocado and pico de gallo, which tasted weird (but I thought it was because that was my first time trying that specific sandwich). Wrong... After around 30 minutes, I started noticing hives on my body! It was pretty clear: food poisoning (which had never happened to me before). At the beginning, I thought it was going to be temporary, so I called my doctor and he recommended me to take an antihistaminic. Well... Long story short: I have attended six different doctors (family, allergists, and immunologists) and they all agree with that I got salmonella, probably because this place is not clean enough, so food gets contaminated with different bacteria. I will have to be under treatment AT LEAST TWO YEARS (if not five, depending on how my body reacts)...!! Now, I can’t eat ANYTHING, because EVERYTHING causes me urticaria/hives and angioedema. I never thought something like this could happen to this point and/or to me. Again, please, don’t go here and be very careful with what you eat in other...

I’m used to come to this store and buy food. They always fast and have good food but the other day I went to the drive through line. I waited for Around 3 or 4 minutes without anyone talking to me through the speaker. I thought they are under staffed and they are busy, I understand how hectic it gets sometimes. I trying to talk and ask if someone can take my order, I started to hear two people arguing over the speaker, I wanted to be funny and tell them that the speaker is on and I can hear you, suddenly the driver through guy starts to scream at on over the speaker and told me “ay ay if you don’t pull over right now I’m not taking your order”

I got confused and I told him you didn’t get my order yet!! He replied “pullover to the window right now I said” with very very aggressive tone!! I went to the window and I asked for a manager, no one appeared, the guy at the window apologized after I told him what happened, it didn’t seem that he was the same guy screaming at me, I did make my order at the window and left very upset and...
