McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

This was the worst experience that I ever had at a McDonald's. I submitted my order via the mobile app and at the drive-thru provided my mobile app number and the lady did not respond I waited a few minutes and proceeded to the first window. At the first window there was no one as I waited for my receipt so I then proceeded to the second window and the young lady tried to give me a order that had a bag full of items and I quickly told her that it's not my order. She seemed confused and when I tried to provide my mobile number so that she could get the correct order she tells me what I should have did at the other window, so I didn't ask for her manager. The manager had limited understanding and a language period just as herself. They finally gave me an order that I had to give right back because it was incorrect. I ordered a large fry and a mccrispy, I was given a McChicken and A large fry. They seem confused and then told me to move up and wait on my order to be brought out. The young man later brought out my order that should have been the correct order and he apologized. Of course the order once again was not correct and at this point I was over it, the order they brought out to me in a balled up bag was spicy mccrispy and large fry. I don't eat McDonald's but that day I did. 8 wanted a big Mac combo with 2 extra patties. They did it in an actual combo wen I did eat this years ago. I never new it would be that difficult to order extra meat. Who knew? So after that long drawn out language barrier challenge I went sit down . But they had 75 percent of the seats closed. I found that interesting. That had armed security so nobody would go in there?🤔🤔 idk but the conspiracy part of my brain started to turn. By conspiracy I mean think out side of the box kinda thing. Not like never mind I won't go there. But in my opinion if you turn off the lights on that particular section of the seating and put a cone or something in the door way so no one would go in. There for alleviating light bill money, un necessary empty room security. And also keeping everyone a safe and cautious 6 feet apart. It's a global pandemic I mean really that's so scary. Made an in app order and did it for counter pickup. I made it to the store and proceed to attempt to go inside. I say attempt because they had the door locked so I can't go inside. So I go through drive thru becsuse no ine comes to the door much less pays attention and let them know I had an order to pick up and they tell me to come inside....THE DOOR IS LOCKED. How do they not know they themselves have the damn door locked. So now I'm sitting in the drive thru stuck behind other cars because they allow in-app orders for inside pick up and proceed to lock the doors when they shouldn't be and cause this to happen. So now I have to wait till they get these cars in front of me their orders till I can squeeze thru and go back to the very door they locked and I couldn't go through. Aren't doors supposed to remain unlocked during business hours due to fire safety and other things...? Hmmmm. Love the food but this location has never improved. They've only gotten worse.
