McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Been here over a hundred times, as im a student on campus. Everytime, the staff either does not look up at you or gives you a tilted head 'fed up' stare at you while you give your order. Maybe a dozen times I got less beef patties in my triple or double burgers than I ordered and paid for. One time, my double quarter pounder was pitch black, not from char but from pepper. I threw up after because Im a cheapoh and did not want to waste the meat. My partner and I had one "Manager" stop pressing in our order on the cashier machine, and just throw her hands in the air and say "F@@k this. I cant do this s@@t. Someone else do this!" And she walks off, with no staff taking over her position. This is during high traffic long line hour, so everyone saw it and had their jaws dropped. She was still manager for next few months. I have not noticed her recently though. Milkshake machine has never worked in the 3 years...

I like macdonalds but this is the worst macdonald´s i have ever been. First, the personnel was so rude with me and my friend. We had a coupon that was not loading, so the cashier said "you should be prepare before coming, and asked us to move from the line cuz he would attend others. t was so offensive. Then, a chinese guy was making an order, he paid, and then he showed his coupon. So the african american cashier talked to rudely and yelling at him because the coupon had to be showed before the payment. The chinese guy was so scared because of the cashier attitude. I think this mcdonalds does not have a good concept of service, and it is a problem of the manaement because they do not choose their personnnel correctly. Worst experience ever at any McDonald’s in my lifetime. I arrived at 1030 on Saturday attending a swim meet at UofH. It took them about 15 minutes to get open after when they were supposed to open. They had the breakfast menu’s up, but told everybody we can only order lunch items. Okay no big deal, so I ordered a BigMac. Took about 25 mins to get it, and the fries were cold like they sat in someone’s car overnight. The burger was also cold. The drink was flat, and I saw others saying theirs was too, but they were so busy being the only restaurant open, and I had already waited so long, I didn’t bother to say anything.
