Murphy's Deli — Restaurant in Houston

I wish I could give it zero stars. I have eaten there off and on for many years due to it being located in the build I work at but the quality has seriously deteriorated as of late. On Monday I ordered a breakfast sandwich. After first bite it was obvious the sausage patty had gone bad. It had a spoiled taste and smell. The "meat" was spongy. I had to throw it out and I swore I would never go back. Decide to give them one more try. I ordered a Reuben for lunch today. After the first gristle filled bite, it was obvious the meat had gone bad. Not only did it taste and smell bad, it had a mother-of-pearl sheen to it. I have seen how they operate and they do not keep expiration dates on their meat once they parse it down into single serving sizes. No way to tell how old anything is. Plus based on the numerous inoperable appliances they have sitting around, I wouldn't be surprised if their coolers did not keep a consistent proper temperatures 24/7. And as hard as I tried, Murphy's Deli Corporation doesn't have a way for me to make a formal complaint. With so many other options, I will never eat at any...

I work in Greenway, I enjoy the staff and the soya burger is one of my favorites. I read the review and I have to say, it's not bad like that. Sometimes people have bad days and just to talk about someones appearance is very silly, but anyways the people are nice and they do their best, I mean come on, this is a place inside of the store to make it convenient for people like me who don't have time to go out the building, I like it and if it was just that awful why and you guys seen all that happening why did you continue with your order, if u seen the pre cooked sandwich and all of that??? Really, and you still ate it...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Only go to this location if you are ready to get ripped off. First, they are never consistent in what they charge for food. I buy a breakfast taco and one cashier charges $2.00 while the other charges $2.25 for the same product. Second, they raise their prices constantly depending on the direction of the wind. They raised prices overall and the same taco I purchase one week ago is now a $1.00 more. For this price I can go across to the other building and get a taco with meat. Won't...
