Original Timmy's — Restaurant in Houston

If I could, I would give this place a 3.5 right off the spot. First off, I like to say that when they cook their food, it's really an amazing thing that leaves customers without any discrepancies whatsoever. Customer service is alright in my opinion, but they could be a little more welcoming when you have customers wanting an amazing meal.

The problem though, is that when they cook the wings, they sometimes burn the wings, although they still taste really awesome. The wings spice is magnificent and it's something I'd like to have if I needed something to just hold me down for lunch even though I don't always go there for lunch. The problem is the cleanliness of their establishment.

The restaurant is literally packed and almost takes 30 whole minutes just to get your meal. The restroom is clean I won't lie. However, there sanitation is not really something to look foward to. If I were them, they need to close their store and remodel or rebuild the establishment, not to mention train your staff on how to make great food and add love to the food they make.

They also would need to hire sanitation people to ensure the cleanliness of their restaurant giving the condition and rules of how to run successful establishments. Overall, great food and sometimes a hood spot is where the best...

As usual this place is crowded on a daily basis which is a great thing whenever you get an appetite for some wing dinner with rice & gravy or anything else for that matter off their variety of selected menu. The driveway, drive thru and the inside of Timmy Chan stay packed with vehicles & people who are on lunch break from their everyday jobs, just coming from home or your local neighbors from the surrounding neighborhood. Of course due to the COVID-19 you still have to mask 😷🎭 up before entering the building 🏢🏫 & you can't sit in & eat, you have to wait in line, order your food, then take your food out of the building. They even have a security officer on sit to kind of keep things in a peaceful and perspective manner. The restroom 🚻🚺 area is blocked off 📴 so if you know that you will be standing in that long line to place your order then I would suggest you use the restroom or bathroom before arrival. The outside parking lot is pretty much kept up. Got to though from my point of view it's well worth the wait for your food here! The orders are made hot...

Now let me tell you about this Timmy Chan here on Martin Luther King you got to stand around and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait on your food and sometime when you get your food or get your Kool-Aid the cup may be torn or maybe bust in elite and they do not understand that when did you go to the drive through winter it is very very long before you get up to the window and sometimes we get to the window the girl at the window to have a very very nasty attitude they have no good customer service at this place I know the African-American I know that you're young but they don't have to be this young and act the way they act you should always have good customer service and good manners to work in and work with the public and these are these are Chinese to understand who they hire to run the place where they hire to maintain their business you should check the attitude make sure they got good customer service before you hide him they have very very good food but it's a big butt but some of the...
