Colombia’s Best in Houston
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The staff at this Paisa’s Twin was incredibly welcoming, happy and attentive, making us feel right at home.
Daniella, in particular, was an absolute gem. She was not only knowledgeable about every dish on the menu but also genuinely enthusiastic about sharing her recommendations 🙌🏼.
Her timing was impeccable, always appearing just when we needed something without ever feeling intrusive. This level of personalized, outstanding service truly elevated our entire experience.
Now for the food—it was simply outstanding. I started with the empanadas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside with a flavorful, savory filling. The best I’ve had yet. And the sauce that comes with it can be smothered in everything!
I had to jump into some Bandeja Paisa (“BP”) and it was a showstopper. Again, the best “BP” I’ve had yet. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. Quality meats indeed.
The warm, inviting atmosphere and fantastic service truly complemented the incredible food. This place is a must-visit if you're looking for an authentic and delicious Colombian dining experience.

Read moreTwin Paisas is one of the 5 Colombian restaurants I have the luxury to pick from where I work. The food is very good and love coming back here for lunch. We always get the empanandas and they are the Colombian kind. For lunch we all got something different. We got the Patacon burger , Regular burger, Bandeja Paisa, Pork chuleta with shrimp and patacon with shredded chicken. For drinks they also have fruit juices with milk or water which is like a milk shake. They also have aqua panela which is sugar cane juice. The patacon is fried smashed plantain (Savory) which is my favorite and you can put pork belly, sausage and fries on it and it comes with their sauce and it in tastes like thousand islandish and is not spicy. Colombian food is not spicy. The special which is the picture on the menu is the most Colombian meal. Bandeja Paisa is like a sampler plate with rice, beans, arepas, blood sausage, pork belly, avocado and egg. We all loved our food and not one dish was not liked. The service was not bad but the communication with a server who cannot speak English is always challenging. Other than that we love...
Read moreI’ve visited this place over the past years and I’ve never had an experience like I did tonight. First let me tell you “ don’t get the bandeja paisa grande” because your piece of steak will look the same size as your arepa. I thought it was a mistake when we got our food, we did of course ask if it was correct and they said “ it was” (Sebastian said this to us) I then asked “ So how does the piece of steak look on a REGULAR plater and the young guy said “ the SAME” If it wasn’t for our super super kind waitress Katherine we would’ve just left When we brought the issue up to her she did offer to replace the food but by then we had ate our dinner. Overall the food wasn’t worth the price. Empanadas have gotten EXTREMELY SMALL!! Sadly I will have share this experience with my family and friends since we have all been long time customers Thanks to Katherine for trying her best to fix this issue. Make sure to ask for her, she’s the most...
