I used to live around the area and had not been here for many years,always hated going because of the long lines. Finally went back Sunday and it's sad to say that food is good but customer service sucks. Not very friendly when ordering and when you pronounce something in a manner where you sound American but look Spanish,seems like they don't like that I'm not Colombian so I wouldn't know how to properly say or sound the way I guess I'm expected to sound like because I'm Latino? My girl friend ordered a chicken sandwich …she explained few times to the cashier not to add pork on the sandwich and we made sure that she will explain to the cook about that ….after on hour of waiting the order finished and the sandwich had a pork on it ….i was real frustrated and so disappointed about it never go back again...
