STORE OWNER NEEDS A NEW CREW OR JUST SHUT IT DOWN. PEOPLE WITH ANY ALLERGIES AVOID THIS PLACE!
The workers here don't like their job at all. They're unfriendly when answering the phone and 95% of the time they mess up your order or take too long. When you bring it to their attention (even in the kindest manner) you get attitude and treated as if you're making THEIR life complicated or bothering.
They girls I've interacted with have been unprofessional, distracted, and basically careless/childish.
I just called to get a wrong order remade and the female on the phone sounded fed up, annoyed, and in the end as I said "Thank you" for sending it out again, she just hung up. HUNG UP. I did not give her attitude for their mistake, yet she acted annoyed and in the end dismissive for fixing their mistake. No apology, just asked "so you want it remade?" Yes. "Today?" Yes please. Thank you so much. SHE HUNG UP
It's been 3 times that I've contemplated leaving a one star review here but I kept giving it a chance and it's been enough. I only have had good experiences with the drivers. Placed my order through the app and never received a confirmation email so I called the store to see if it went through, they placed me on hold for about six minutes. I drove to the store faster than I picked up. I walked into a crowded lobby of frustrated people, the workers in the back were just looking lost and confused, they finally told everyone that their system is down and they can't take any orders. They could've said that minutes before instead of having people waiting and baffled. Big girl in the front told one customer who went up to place his order that there were customers in front of him, instead of telling him that the system was down. I asked how I can get a refund and all they said was I could come back and get my pizza later. I don't even live in this area. I asked them for a number to the corporate office so that I could get my refund. They couldn't give it to me. They also mocked me on my way out of the store. This store needs to be shut down and no one in there it should work in customer service. They lack common sense...
Read moreSo I purchased 2 large pizzas for my children on this past Saturday. Seems as if whenever I try something new I'm disappointed. Firstly they took 2 1/2 hours to deliver my pizza. So you know as soon as it came it was not hot. I immediately called them since they (Gaurantee a quality check) and give you free pizza under certain circumstances which mine fell under this circumstance. After making my complaint to the store I received nothing. I then called customer service and they contacted the store. 48 hours passed and I never received anything. 4 days later I called customer service again like , hey, what's going on with the complaint. Theyre like oh let's call the store. They call the store and the store is like, oh I'm sorry. I forgot. Give it another 48 hours! What's the point in the quality check??
