Im a wholesale jewelry dealer and I buy from all ez pawns in the houston area, spend 20k plus a week at these shops. Been to this location a few times and the first couple times were pleasant. These last 2 times i’ve been and I ask for help to look at jewelry I just get ignored by the 2 guys who usually are always there. Bald black guy with the beard who i’m pretty sure is the manager, and the other chubby guy with a beard and looks like his hair is always wet/greasy never helps me out anymore… By no means am I a person who goes out of their way to complain but these guys really threw me off with their immature and...

I had many experiences from this location and all of them have been good. I was a regular at another location and had a couple bad experiences but from this location they've been nothing but honest and do extremely good business. My recent experience from them was after picking up several items I had pawned, I had to load some of them in my car and had forgot my $500 plus game system on the counter and didn't realize it until the next day. I love everything about this store! The store was clean, the merchandise was organized and easy to find, and most importantly the staff were amazing. Specifically Breonica!! She was readily available when I needed assistance and provided excellent Customer Service. She made sure I left pleased as a customer. The passion she has for her job showed greatly through her work. The Customer Service alone will definitely bring me back to this location. I highly recommend...
