Pizza Patron Long Point — Restaurant in Houston

Ordered two large pepperoni pizzas from a young man at the counter dont know his name, friendly but not as impressive as Margarita. She was in the back cooking and welcomed me in, the young man was on phone taking order so understandable he couldn't acknowledge me. After he took my order he went to back to start preparing pizzas, two other customers came in after me to order and two to pick up. Margarita came and helped all customers, after tending to customers she directly went to wash her hands with soap before going back to preparing food. You don't see many employees doing that at other locations weather burger joints or dine in restaurants. I was very impressed Margarita, thank you for that. I called this morning and spoke to Jocylin the manager on duty, explaining all this to her. When I get home I will follow up with the website on my receipt to let your GM know how valuable you are Margarita. Keep up the good work and I will come back this weekend to follow up. P.S. the pizza was made to order, plenty of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. 5 stars excellent service & fresh food....

After my first experience with them, I'm just going to say this place is the worst.

So I call to use a coupon left on my door. The woman who answers the phone sounds like she knew 3 words of english. She did not understand what I was ordering, or that I even had a coupon.

So I gave up and drove here to order in person. The cashier then tries to overcharge me a dollar. I asked for a large pizza, half cheese, and the other half pepperoni sausage. She tries to tell me I need to pay for an extra topping. Uh, no. Two half toppings equals one full topping. Everywhere is like this. It's just how it works.

Well, we couldn't see past our differences and I left. I will never order from Pizza Patron again. Great job, guys. You blew a chance for a potential weekly customer because...

Discusting! Called about 1:45 p.m. And ask for specials I was told only regular prices upon arriving I noticed on door poster advertising pepperoni or cheese pizza $3.99 I asked why I was not told about the 399 special the girl said it would be over in three minutes so when I asked for a cheese pizza she told me she only had pepperoni at that point I gave up and just paid for the pizza I had ordered .
