Our school is extremely pleased with the R720 we purchased from SourceTech. The customer service was as amazing before the sale as it is now just after the 2-year warranty ended. We never had a single problem with the machine. 1 month after our warranty expired, 1 of our 7 hard drives flashed failure lights. When I reached out to ask the company about a replacement, they sent me a replacement drive for free even though this situation is clearly past the end of the warranty by a full month!
