Pollos Asados El Regio — Restaurant in Houston

This Pollo Regio is not convicing. If you don't have any other option then try it, otherwise Kroger deli's chicken felt like it taste better. The portions are small. My plate was the 2 piece chicken that came with Rice, beans, tortillas and a small whole onion. The rice was very dry and some pieces were hard, I like my rice a bit moist. The beans were still hard, although the seasoning was ok. The Tortillas were warm, NOT hot. Everything was warm, not sure how i feel about that. Customer service is great! No complaints there. I feel this is owner fault, they need to season things more and put flavor and care in the food. Don't worry about numbers, people will come with great flavor. Needless to say, I will NOT be coming...

The chicken is really good, but when you pay for a whole chicken,they give you what they want. On a couple occations I recieved 6 or 7 pieces instead of 8 pieces (whole chicken). They WILL NOT give you the whole chicken that is not cut into pieces.
