Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD. Came here for the first time 11/23 never going back. I went to the drive through for two simple meals the guy who took my order was so sweet! He told me to park around the front & wait for my order so I did I drove around started seeing three cars ahead of me. I waited patiently until 15 mins passed by there was other cars besides the three I saw waiting for there food. All I could see was another young guy running around the parking lot looking for the car that had ordered food that he had in his hand. Two young boys at different times, who work there came by my window & asked me what was it that I ordered.. I repeat myself. & the waiting game continues again I was there 30mins waiting for my food. Once I get my order, I didn’t even get a sorry for the wait as someone respectfully should’ve done. Ugh the worst thing is I had to step out of my car get down in the cold to get my sauce that they forgot to add I didn’t even get ketchup or honey (noticed when I got home) the inside of the place is gorgeous, still smells new but they have so many teens working there.. I did not see no adult there at the front (where you can see them take orders) I saw so many people so many people on a Tuesday night inside the store WAITING FOR THERE FOOD. When I got home my food was not HOT like I expect it too since I was there waiting for a long time I expected my food hot and fresh my drink was practically water because of the ice. I arrived at this location. Placed my order through the drive-thru with a customer in front of me and three behind me as approaching to the window. They repeated my order to me and then asked for me to pay for my food I pay for my food and asked me to pull up. I pulled up and parked behind the customer that was in front of me that was already waiting. They took the next person order behind me and then one of the workers came out and asked me to move my vehicle and park in the lot as they did to the other three customers behind me. I don't understand what was the reason for everybody parking in the lot but once they brought me my order about 5 to 7 minutes later I proceeded to check my order I noticed my chicken was old and my french fries that I ordered was in a separate bag which not was very many. I waved the worker down and asked about my food. He first told me that the chicken was fresh. Then I asked about the fries. He advised if I didn't like the fries and I wanted more I would either have to pay for a new fry. I refuse to pay for another fry after receiving my order that come with a fry. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. This place is very unprofessional. I would never ever return here again and I'm not sure that I'll probably eat...

Beautiful establishment but very rude drive thru worker to the point where I have to come here to write a REVIEW !! Absolutely crazy and for Popeyes but whoever you all have working in that drive thru on Wednesday September 20,th 2023 at 3:40 needs to find her self in the kitchen because customer service is not where’s it at , as a CSR my self understand it gets frustrating but if someone makes a mistake in calculation there is no reason for the cashier to be rude that’s the whole reason that they are there I have a 3 month old so I got confused but the way she stared at me like I stole her man like wait I came to buy some chicken and she was talking mess to other employees in a headset I’m 30 years old I’m not crazy I’m black and she’s Hispanic so I guess you can get the picture it’s not the point idc how you view people give people the Same basic respect if I make a mistake just let me know my totals .
