I recently visited Tejas Taco House, a popular breakfast taco place located in the heart of the city. I was in the area doing some work on my laptop and needed a place to recharge, so I decided to give Tejas Taco House a try.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with a smile and were more than happy to let me charge my laptop while I enjoyed my meal.
Speaking of the meal, the breakfast tacos at Tejas Taco House were simply delicious. I ordered a few different varieties and was blown away by the quality and flavor of each one. The ingredients were fresh and the tacos were cooked to perfection.
Overall, I had a great experience at Tejas Taco House. Not only did they provide me with a convenient place to work and recharge, but they also served up some of the best breakfast tacos I've ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a friendly and welcoming...
Read moreThis is a excellent find! I’m a huge fan of authentic menudo. I’m constantly searching for restaurants that make the classic Mexican breakfast soup. I can’t count how times I’ve gone to a restaurant to try what I’ve heard was excellent menudo only to be disappointed. It was either to greasy or to red or no hominy corn or to little tripe and mostly liquid. This menudo was almost perfect (needs pigs feet) for perfect. Plenty of hominy & meat perfectly seasoned. My girlfriend had the beef fajitas with charro beans & rice. The fajitas were cooked perfectly, tender with excellent seasoning. The beans and rice tasted like Mama used to make. We loved the homemade flour tortillas. Tejas doesn’t have a huge menu but that just means they know what they’re customers like and they concentrate on doing what they offer the best possible way with a great price point. I highly recommend Tejas Taco House. We’ll definitely...
Read moreDrove across town to try them out...receptionist had the worst attitude, she would never smile, atleast be happy people are still coming to your establishmentduring covid and supporting your business... seriously! Writing thank you from the bottom of our hearts on the to-go containers means nothing when you don't even greet them but only stare at people when they walk in....Food was bland and slightly warm. Drove all the way from cypress to try them out and I'm disappointed. I ordered the tortilla soup, had base of the soup had zero vegetables...only broth and shredded chicken...I've never had a tortilla soup without vegetables. That's not even authentic Mexican tortilla soup. Also had the chicken quesadillas and those were slightly melted and tbe chicken was dry, very little chicken in them at all... You can better quesadillas at taco cabana... Don't bother...
