Read moreI've been to this location several times as it is across the street from my work, I was enthusiastic about the location. But Starbucks has filled this store with rude and slow staff members, service is hit and miss and the drink/order is never done right Frustrating and the staff thinks it is funny... I've complained to the Manager. Today my Partner went in for coffee and his order and my order we're screwed up.. The Barrista (Hispanic Girl with Tattoos) copped an atitude and threatened to call the cops as my partner was upset with the wait and the order was Screwed up.. I thought I was the only one, a customer sitting down told my partner the service is slow and the are always rude. My partner called the corporate office and Complained.. Slow, Rude and orders screwed up, you think Starbucks would be more careful with opening up a new location... Not so 😟
4/27/16 Good Grief Starbucks 5820 Sw freeway!!!.. I ordered my usual coffee drink it came back too hot.. I always ask for a few cubes of ice to cool it off.. When I get the cup, If my fingers touch it and it's too hot, it's too hot to drink it.. Told the girl at the drive thru it needed a bit more ice to cool it off, she gave me a funny look, I explained it to her... But I thought I was talking to a Brick wall.. I asked if she drank coffee... Her reply was No!!!!!!.. Why would a store manager hire a non coffee Drinker.. How un-Relatable...
Read moreI had i ordered iced caramel cloud macchiato and my drank came out and I had requested for a straw and he said we don’t give out straws no more, I go to Starbucks every morning and no one had gave me a hard time about a straw at any other location and this happens to be my first time here at this one. He then proceeds to show me me a lid and now we have to drink out of the new lid, so this guy is going to tell my my 5 dollar iced coffee is not coming with a straw upon request and now he’s telling me how to drink my coffee?! Great, Burger King, McDonald’s , and even the circle k have straws for your coffee. I told him I will email corporate and he said go ahead sarcastically, that’s when I really got upset. I paid 5 dollars for iced coffee drink with no straw and told how to drink it, i am not a toddler that needs to be shown how to drink my iced coffee. Sorry tell you but circle k give straws out with their coffee and their coffee is a fraction of your price. This store is just flat out cheap! I have contacted corporate office and they do offer paper straws upon request! This was an embarrassment and a big ordeal for him to take 3 seconds to hand me a straw. This could all have been avoided w’with something that could of took 3 seconds. Everything g was fine with the lady who made my drink until this guy came in and gave me a big problem...
