Refresqueria Cancun — Restaurant in Houston

The food is always great — you guys never disappoint! That said, my only complaint is the long wait time. It feels like something that could be easily fixed with a more efficient system.

Right now, it seems like one person is taking the order, preparing the food, and then processing the transaction — which really slows everything down. A more effective setup would be to have one person dedicated to taking orders and running the register, while a separate team in the back focuses on preparing the food.

You’re working against yourselves by trying to do it all in one step. Work smarter, not harder — that way, we don’t have to wait so long just to place an order and then wait even longer for the food...

Bad service and took much windows you don't even know which one to order from and my grandpa ordered raspas and didn't now we wanted more so he kept saying one and another one please the the manager I think said like ugh so how many in total LIKE REALLY TREAT US GOOD BC WERE...

This place was nasty and i had order nachos and the chips wore all hard like if the bag of chips have been open and on my elote instead of having the cheese shreded it was as all in chunks never going to this place again p.s. they charge...
