I went to jack on my way home from work.. My husband been telling me about the new spicy chicken strips from jack so I told him I would get him some on my way home. When i pull up to the drive thru she responded with YES I really didn't pay attention to that but I would think jack has a better way of greeting a customer on the drive thru i asked her on how many pieces does the spicy chicken strips come on.?? She replied to me with IT DOES SAY ON THE MENU 3pc and 5pc with attitude my reply to her was Im sorry I didn’t see it that’s why i asked you i told her ok give me the 5pc her reply was with WHAT ELSE..!! she didn’t ask me if i wanted the combo just the chicken strips nothing instead she replied with WHAT ELSE.!! I said excuse me her reply once again with WHAT ELSE.!! I pull up to see if it was a regular employee who had the drive thru so I could talk to a manager about these rude employee unfortunately it wasn’t it was a shift leader because she had a gray shirt on which only shift leaders wear according to another jack i went close by these one.. Instead of her coming to the window she sits on her office which is right on the view of the drive thru window never came to the window . I been a manager for a fast food place before and that is not the way you treat a customer on drive thru... i have never seen these poor customer service.. She needs to be reevaluated as a overnight...
Read moreJack in the Box has been a franchise I kept going to for over 30 years now. They were actually the first fast food chain I visited as an adult, and I still remember ordering item after item. Everything looked so delicious, and I was determined to try out all I could. After, I was paying for it, for the first time! Most years I only went once or twice, but there were some years when it was more like once or twice a month. Their food selection is fairly standard for a fast food franchise, but they do it well and have enough different choices to differentiate themselves from competitors like Burger King, Wendy's, and McDonald's. I particularly liked their Fajita Pita. Their Sample Platter (which is not served year round but trotted out every now and then, or you could just order each item individually and make your own platter)with chicken strips, egg rolls, and stuffed jalapenos was also very good. Burgers had several good choices, and their shakes were some of the best. Service is usually quick and efficient, and their prices have stayed very reasonable over the years. Occasionally they only take cash, as their credit card register seems to go on the fritz. Thankfully it seems to be a rare occurrence. Plus, Mr. Jack in the Box is a very cool spokesman, so...
Read moreWorse experience ever I had visted after work on fathers day I placed a mobile order and had drove to the store to pick it up when I get there they hand me a bag that's been siting on the corner the whole time while I was driving which is a 1hr drive for me so I kindly ask if the could remake it since I had ordered chicken in which the girl says she has to ask her manager then when the manager comes to the window she had a attitude and asked me why am I just coming to pick it up now which I explained to her I just got off of work and wanted to just pick it up before I got home the she proceeded to say well next time order it 5 minutes before you get here but how am I supposed to do that while driving then she tell me to pull around and wait I waited for 15 minutes just for them to bring me out the same food just barley reheated and in a different bag and literally added ice to the soda that was sitting there for a hour and just to mention I tried to call the store to ask if when I place the order if they can't wait until I get there to start it but they just kept hanging up on me but the reheated food and nasty watered down drink was disgusting and goes against all food safety...
