The donut and apple fritter that I ordered were just terrible. They tasted truly bad, as if the grease in the fryers had not been changed in years. For whatever reason, this particular place is surrounded by many homeless people, panhandlers, bums and Street people. This is not the fault of the donut shop, but it makes it very difficult to recommend...

It's a nice donut shop. The cashier seems to be a very nice and hard-working lady. I usually go to Shipley's for my donuts. But after finding this, I might not go back.
