Ok I love the company all my life but this place it's not the company it's the people they have working they don't speak English they act like they don't won't to help or take your oder you walk in and walk up the Counter and they are standing back there just looking at you and start Looking at each other like who's going to help him and then some of the stuff you know they make and that you know is on the Menu they don't even have and you look around the place and start to think I guess they did not feel like cook half the food today that you know and love and you like at everything That is supposed to be on display, and there is not hardly anything. Cashier thought it was ok to lie about my cup of coffee. I even gave her 2 or 3 chances to redeem herself and just be honest about it, instead she insisted on lying about a simple thing.

She first put cappuccino in the cup, as it was way to sweet for me, so I ordered regular water tasting coffee. Me and my nine year old daughter were craving Shipleys donuts since they put free donut day for Shipleys on the news.
