Sent an online order in at 10:40 AM and requested that the pizza be delivered by 11:15 AM because I teach school and have a short time to eat before class starts again. No Pizza at 11:15. At 11:25, I call the store and am placed on hold and was then hung up on. I called back at 11:34, where I waited for 15 minutes before some one answered. When girl answered the phone, I told her I had been waiting for my pizza which was ordered over an hour before. She tells me that the delivery time was an hour and a half. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes from other stores. When i told her I wouldn't be ordering from them any longer, she got an attitude and said, "Whatever!" and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold. When the delivery guy finally showed up at 11:50, he apologized for the delay. When I talked to him about the girl and I was going to call the manager,, he tells me that the girl I spoke to was the manager. This is the second time I've had a pizza that took more than an hour to deliver. I will never use the Fuqua store again and I would never recommend it to anyone either. Read moreI call about my order status because the tracker started at 89-99 minutes. It's been just over an hour and still says 89 minutes. I dial the number. I try using the automated order tracker over the phone, yet again, it says 89 minutes. Mind you it is on the "preparing" (boxing) step in the app and on the phone so it's already supposedly out of the oven. I call back press the option to speak to someone. As soon as they answer I ask about my order status. He tells me they have a rush going on right now and apologizes for the delay. So i ask, almost 3 HOURS for a ONE topping pizza that is supposedly out of the oven already??!! I proceeded to ask him for a time window on when I could expect my pizza. I get put on hold only to listen to yelling and stuff being slammed around. He gets back on and says the are getting that right out and on its way. If I wouldn't have called, I'm not sure how long I would have waited for it to get here, I'm still waiting now. Poorly ran app and tracker and I know there are dinner rushes but for it to be estimated at an hour and a half and then an hour and half later that's still the estimated time, that is ridiculous for a single one...
Read moreI'll be honest, this location can be pretty hit or miss when it comes to the drivers but is 9/10 a miss with the pizza. Most of the time, the center of the pizza is practically mush and just tears whenever I try to separate the slices. They also pretty much just dump all the toppings in the center too so it gets lost in the mush. I like the stuffed crust pizzas so it's not as big of a loss for me since I'm mostly there for the delicious cheesy crust anyways. The drivers, however, are the worst part. A couple of the drivers that I've had weren't bad at all. I choose no contact delivery due to health reasons and the fact that covid is still a thing. I'm not risking a hospital stay for $20 worth of pizza. If you don't leave a good enough tip, the drivers will ignore your no contact request and wait for you to come get the pizza. They'll then stare you down while you're signing the receipt and act all huffy if you can't afford a tip or don't give a big enough one. And why ask for delivery instructions if y'all are just going to call me and ask for the information that I already gave? And maybe tell your drivers to not try and look down a...
