There was a video that shows part of what I could record of this lady being rude. I asked for manager name and she refused , I was told to “ go to the front and look at the number “ after that she turned away and shut the door and locked it. I wanted to ask for her manager because before I pulled into the drive-thru the way she approached me was very out of line. I was refused service for parking in reverse at their drive-in parking area. I pressed the button waiting for someone to attend us because the person in the passenger seat was the one who was ordering their food. About 3 - 5 minutes go by, out of no where the lady you see in the photo/video comes out yelling stating “ we have the right to refuse service we refuse your service , you can not park like that “ when the other young girl in the background then tells the lady “ nooo stop don’t yell “ then the employee in the black t-shirt then tells the girl to not say anything and they all went inside. As the lady was yelling from outside , I had another employee telling me the same thing over the machines that they have put out of their place. This could have gone totally differently, if the lady had just approached with respect and without attitude. She could have said “ we don’t allow people to park backwards please come through the drive-thru “ or “ we don’t allow people to park backwards and because you did we are refusing service to you “ which is stupid , I’ve never heard of not being able to park in reverse to order food , been coming here for years and NEVER once was my family & I told this. I guess it’s a new rule? That’s when I then tried to press the button again so I can ask for a manger , I guess they either turned off the machine I was at or they did something but I just know the button didn’t allow me to “ call “ them to place an order. I then tried calling the business and they ignored my call, I then proceeded yo the drive-thru ask for manger name and I was ignored by the employees seen in the photographs that are shown. Since I was ignored I went up to the window when then the lady came out saying to “ call the manager in the morning “ the employees are supposed to give out managers name and this lady refused for a reason. Then shutting the door saying “ you can wait longer “ . In the second video clip you can hear her gossiping to the man in the car in front of me telling him about the situation .
If the managers allows employees with such a disgusting attitude and who are very unprofessional be the “ 2nd head boss “ or whatever power this lady has then this should not be a business.
God bless this lady and whatever she’s going through in life because to pressed over someone parking backwards and waiting to be attended then her coming out yelling making a scene is something that cannot be justified. This worker needs to be removed!
Why act out in such a way then be scared to give out the mangers name when asked to report her for acting out of conduct.
Once again, I was never given a warning or nothing , she just came out making a scene, unfortunately I did not record at those moments and barely decided to record once I drove up to the drive-thru window. Once I was given the mangers name I drove off, this worker needs a change of attitude and need to be humbled because that’s just disgusting for a human being to be such a way.
Update : August 20, 2023 8:05AM Turns out the lady in the video acting out is one of the managers there, that is why she did not want to disclose her name. Her name is " Sandra " and the guy who said her name was " Ashley " lied.
Therefore this " Sandra " the manager should be removed, I will be speaking to cooperate as well as the business owner Yolanda about her employee acting...
Read moreFor some reason this sonic has been infested with fruit flies. On more than one occasion I have had multiple fruit flies in my drink.
I've seen this before in other establishments, yet this location doesn't seem to deal with the situation correctly.
My advice is check your drinks for them!
Personally I only like sonic for the drinks and sweets. As above mentioned that kinda makes it pointless for me to be a consumer for the franchise. I'm not saying boycotting the company is the answer. More like it would be nice to have the old sonic back.
The experience is the same from franchise to franchise. With the exception of the service here is my opinion.

SONIC!! Or J. Clifford Hudson Your company has been around for 65 years. Why is it that the older a restaurant gets as in time of existence. The less flavor the food seems to maintain. Perhaps cheaper ingredients makes a difference on the fiscal side of things.
There was a time when almost everything I had eaten at sonic tasted delicious. Present day is more like instead of flavorful food. It's just barely chewable next to nausea overly greasy extra oily, I cant believe there is a bug in my drink excuse me make that 4 bugs in my drink. Why did I just waste my money on this junk I tell myself everytime I come here not to come back.
Thank goodness it has only taken me three trips here to ensure that until the company takes steps to mitigate its presence and get some flavor back without the fruit flies I will just eat...
Read moreOver the last few years I've become really disappointed with this establishment. Timing and customer services seems to be obsolete. I went here last night at 9:40pm for the $1 coneys and I was told they were sold out so a placed a different order. Several minutes later 2 other vehicles pulled up and asked for the $1 coneys and were not told the same thing. Since I placed my order before them I was gonna wait to see if they would receive the $1 coneys. Well not only did they get the coneys but one car received there order before me and I'm sure I was about 15 minutes ahead of them. I questioned the car hop about the order and he said they only told me that because so many people were asking for the $1 coneys. They didn't bring the whole order which was 3 footlongs and an order of cheddar bombers. I ask about the bombers they said it would take four minutes. 12 minutes go by and I asked about my order again. The GM tells me to drive in the drive thru and he would take care of me and I refused. I watched the line stay still for 25 minutes without one car being serviced and as I told the GM I was not gonna get in that line! The GM brought me the bombers I asked for ranch and he came back with marinara sauce. My overall wait time was 55 minutes! If they get any better I wouldn't be able to tell you.
