This was my Second time shopping at this location and I was very upset .When I walked in the store the loss prevention was standing around on there phones not paying attention to anything going on and as I walked through the store it was very disorganized it looks like the employees only clean and organize when the store closes. There was open packages everywhere and the restrooms smell really bad as u walk past .The dressing rooms were closed and the lines were very long with only 2 cashiers. I proceeded to an employee (daisy) to let her know what I observed and she started yelling to the top of her lungs stating they don't have the hours to accommodate the long lines and what do I want her to do about it. I'm getting myself ready for a funeral so my feeling were very hurt because she had no idea what was going through this week and she started yelling in my face causing attention throughout the store. Management really needs to step in and start taking charge to make this...

My first time at this store was going good until I went to the front, the cashier was very rude. I was waiting next to my mom; the line was long and there were only 2 cashier when it was my turn to pay, I placed my things in the wrong spot, and the cashier instead of telling me she ignored me and rang another person, I told her it was my turn and she told me if i was waiting with my mom I should go with her, and not take someone else spot in line, HELLO????? I WAS WAITING AS EVERYONE ELSE, my mom was paying her things as a separate customer, yet this cashier kept talking in a lower voice, and I told her why she didn't tell me "you on the wrong spot, it's this way" NO, instead she was there talking BS. Never coming back to this store. I understand that sometimes employees are having a stressful day, but why act like that with the wrong ones? If you don't like your job then just QUIT. I needed to use the restroom and realized it needed a code. So I went up to a lady and asked if she worked here and she looked at me like I asked a dumb question. Mind you, she has no name tag or anything that says she works here. She just looks at me and keeps doing what she was. I kindly asked her again and she said something under her breath. I asked her for the code and she mentions something about rude customers. Then as she’s walking towards the restroom she throws what she had in her hand with an attitude and proceeds with entering the code. I’m not sure who made her mad but I know I was respectful and did not come at her wrong. If you don’t like your job, then why work? Never coming back.
