A guest puts up with all this below, but for a comment to a rude gesture by another guest, who let the door close on me, that they just stood at and saw me coming into with a moving cart, the hotel says they don't want me to renew. There is no good reason for it! *The room is super tight. If the bathroom door is opened it can hit someone standing by the kitchen area. *Very little drawer and cabinet space. *Super small almost kids size chair in the room, that an adult can barely squeeze into with an uncomfortably low back rest & only one other cheap chair in room with no arm rest. *Smokers could throw butts away at the building but the designate them to be by the building, so a person breathes it in if they walk in and it comes into the room windows too if it's cracked for air. *No fresh air in gym area. *Drug user looking people are around who leave blunt tobacco where you walk after parking. *Shower curtain is too far out so it drips on the floor if it's not pushed into the tub. *The bathroom sink faucet is designed too far back so water easily gets onto the counter and a towel is needed under it. *Dog owners don't have to pick up after dogs and some dogs poop is right outside a 1st floor windows on the grass, which is unsanitary, an eye sore & can be stepped on by accident. *Not even towels are given if an extra linen fee of $20 a week isn't paid. *Pets are $10 a day more & after 12 pm late fee payment is high at $30. *Young kids were allowed to skateboard in the parking lot and could have got hit so I mentioned it. *The stove timer wasn't working. *No park area for kids, just a dog walking sidewalk. *No remote for the AC, but at least buttons were near the bed to change temp. *For a simple statement to a guest for something rude they did, they said I had to leave, but will let others shout and be ghetto and threaten another guest in the lobby. *Very little closet space to hang clothes. *It's new and has no big bugs yet & is close to shops, so that was good & why I went, but it had some very small ant like things that came out sometimes in the kitchen. *Back door exit is lower than front door and at 6'4 the box like area over the door for the hinge hit my head a few times when I forgot to watch out, so it's a very crazy design of that and they should warn taller guests. *Very thin blanket & ugly sheet also, but I had my own. *After paying them $900 for 2 weeks and 2 days, just for a $17 fee that (they forgot) to add in from taxes to my room payments x2 days, they wanted to lock me out of the room until I paid it, but I had to do some Uber first. *A focus on fixing those things would...

1 star purely off of cleanliness.

I’m here on business and had been staying at another hotel and decided to switch it up and check this place out as a potential replacement for the other hotel or an Airbnb and.. it was a mistake.

The woman at the front counter was great. The location was great for where I was conducting business and ease of access to things but the cleanliness was horrid for what’s supposed to be one of the higher rated hotels in the area.

I was assigned room 120. Upon walking in, there was an odor that I can’t describe words with other than unappealing. It took my brain all night to adjust to it. When going to the restroom I noticed quite a few stains of what appeared to me to be dried blood or pasta sauce. It was all over the counters, and the floor. Additionally, the bed made so much noise it attributed to some of the worst sleep I've gotten at a hotel in my entire life.

I normally take my showers during the evening before going to bed but this time I decided to during the morning. I always bring a towel with me but was hesitant on using it because I didn’t want it to sit damp in my bag all day so I opted to use the hotels towels. Prior to use, I decided to inspect them and lo and behold there was hairs and clearly pubic hair on the towels. I grabbed the other towel that was available to find the same issue and just opted to use my own. At this point I decided to check every hand towel since that’s all that was left and both were clearly improperly washed and still showed signs of being dirty. The only other issue was the TV cable not working.

It’s such a huge disappointment being that they offer to match service members BHA per diem if they have orders in the area. As a veteran, I would never recommend any Marine to stay there if this is the standard. First impressions are extremely important and I didn’t get a good feel.

My husband and I paid 2 weeks in advanced bc my mom just passed on Christmas so I'm moving back to my house but I have a lot of remodeling at my house. So I put some of my stuff our room and came back to stay there after that freeze we had in Houston.

BIG MISTAKE WE CAME BACK LIKE I SAID THURSDAY BACK DOOR WAS UNLOCKED BC IT WAS OPEN DUE TO BEING BROKEN AND PEOPLE COMING AND GOING VERY OBVIOUS THEY WEREN'T STAYING THERE ALL I COULD SMELL WAS WEED ON PEOPLE STAYING THERE AND THE OTHERS

I GUARANTEE EVERY HALLWAY YOU CAN GET HIGH JUST WALKING IN THE PLACE HAS ONLY BEEN OPEN 7 MONTHS AND ITS NOTHING BUT PROSTITUTES DRUG DEALERS. WORSE THAN TELEPHONE RD IN HOUSTON

JUST LOOK OUT OF YOUR WINDOW WATCH THE ACTION 🙄🙄

THE NEXT DAY I CALLED FRONT DESK AND THEY PLAYED IT OFF LIKE THEY DON'T WHAT PEOPLE ARE DOING THERE 24 HOURS A DAY 🙄🙄🙄

THE MANAGER SD I COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK THERE WAS NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD STAY THERE SO I CALLED CORPORATE THE MANAGER ON DUTY SD THEY WON'T HELP YOU THEY WILL JUST CALL THEM.

CORPORATE OFFICE LISTEN TO ME AND AND COULDN'T STOP APOLOGIZING ME THE OTHER THING THEY HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM THIS LOCATION.

TWO HOURS LATER THEY STATED WE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK BUT I HAD TO LEAVE ASAP I COULDN'T BC I HAD A VERY IMPORTANT DOCTOR APPOINTMENT SO I SD WE LEAVE WHEN I GET BACK. THEY SD FINE WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER DAY. AT THAT TIME RIGHT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL.
