This is the worse clinic I've ever had such a horroble experience with. I had to call several times to get a certain rx sent to pharmacy, after so many attempts another physician had to step in to send in the prescription, then my doctor finally send me a message apologizing. Then i was sent a referral to a surgeon that only treat patients with cancer, it has taking me several calls to get them to send the referral to a surgeon that actually practice what i need. Everytime you call you speak to rep instead of someone that actually work at the clinic in which information don't get transferred. I try not to judge but my 1st visit, i knew it was going to be a problem due to the location. I wouldn't recommend this location to...

Dr Susan Shi is very nice and helpful!! Nurse Jacquline was very nice and helpful as well ! The front red head young lady is very nice as well when I came to her about questions she was very understanding! Place seems clean , had no issues with staff my first 2 experiences here . The 2nd time the wait was hr but the lady upfront was very helpful once I came to her about the long wait and they took me in 5 mins after I asked her . the 1 st time I only waited like 15-20 mins the most . I had an appointment with Doctor Sabina George I didn’t feel comfortable at all with her and especially after I had questions about my test result. She hundred percent made me feel bad for asking about my health.
