Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

We usually come once a week to this store and usually our experience is great. We came in we made an order and we went to grab our order. That's when an employee by the name of " Rose " asked us to stay away from the station where the drinks usually are which absolutely okay and reasonable however there was few problems with her asking us to move. First of all we were on the side roughly 4 - 5 feet away from the drink station. Second the store was absolutely dead with orders there was actually NO ONE around us. She had no right to ask, however we actually stepped back. At this point this situation should have been over but NOOO ." Rose " went a step further and said " this is our personal space " I have no idea what the means because she's currently working on the other side of the counter far far far away from us. Im still lost on how we were in her personal space but no problem weird but OKAY! This issue doesn't not end there. After receiving our drink the drink was not how we accept it but no problem its ok at this point we just wanted our drink. We asked for a boba because our drink had pieces of chocolate in it. BUT no the answer was we can not give you a boba straw because you don't have a boba drink. Her and another employee went on for about a minute arguing with us about a straw after we spent $7.85 dollars. They did not give us a straw until I pulled out my phone to record the incident. That's when they gave us thr straw while meaning us feel like we have won the lottery. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from Rose. Beyond horrible. From a business standpoint you should not lose $7.85 for a straw that's roughly $0.05 or $0.10. It seems like this person doesn't not have any care...

The staff is very nice and is very quick pumping drinks out. Not even 5 minutes after I did a mobile order, it was ready. The reason why I rated a 2 is because of the inconsistencies of the baked good items.

Sometimes, I order an Everything bagel, warmed with Cream Cheese. I often get the everything bagel, but the last few times I came there to get my drink and Bagel, I get my drink no problem and it's always good but when I asked about my bagel, sometimes, they asked my name and make it for me. One time, I was in a rush to go home from work, and my ride was about to be there in 5 minutes. By that time, I waited for 10 minutes after I asked about my bagel. They never gave it to me, so I left.

This time, they ran out of Cream Cheese, so they gave me butter instead. It's not the same as having cream cheese. I'll always be back for my drink, but for the baked goods,...

I work in the mall, and get coffee everyday. They are CONSTANTLY changing staff and as a result my drinks are hardly ever made right anymore. I always mobile order way ahead of time and when I go to pick it up (You have to ask for it now because of covid, understandable) But no one is ever there to give me my items. the barista in charge of drinks will ignore me and sometimes I'm waiting five minutes or more just to get my coffee that's been sitting at the station ready since I got there. Almost entire staff is rude with the exception of maybe 2 people who have been there for years.I wish this location would just keep a good staff so that I don't have to leave my job and drive across the street just so I don't have to deal with the service at this location.
