Food there is good, especially the ones cooked to order. I’m fond of the shrimp lo mein in general. Staff is also nice so didn’t had any problem with customer service there as well. However, there’s some problems I want to emphasize here. Firstly, the first time I ordered a drink from the soda machine, my sprite tasted very odd compared to the other fast food restaurants here. Would recommend newcomers to get a bottle of coke or water instead of getting it from the coke machine. Secondly, in one of the times I ate food there, I had a bad stomachache and diarrhea later on, which makes me wonder if some of the food quality there is healthy and not over expired (believe me its probably the food here since that was the only food I ate for the entirety of the day besides a pop tart). Lastly, and this was on a Saturday of all days, I saw a small cockroach crawling in the wall of their restaurant which gives me big red flags if its even sanitary here. Surprised that no one yelled about that; either they didn’t noticed or they kept quiet like I did. Mainly the 3rd reason is what severely repelled me away from this place, even if I’ll miss the shrimp lo mein. Thai Max needs to improve lots of things to make this a 5 star; didn’t made it a 1 star because some of the food here does taste good (cooked to order food definitely) and good customer service. Sincerely, a worker that regularly works in...

So I go back and the guy is still texting. He put his phone down on the prep area, grabs the little white bag, opens it with the hand his phone was in all up in there, and puts the eggroll inside with his hands. I told him "you were just on your phone, and you touched my food. Put the phine down, grab some gloves, and handle food the right way." He was so SHOCKED and saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. He said "my hands are clean" I just left. 5.15.18 around 3pm. The Asian young guy. I went to...
Read moreIf we start off with - this is mall food - then everyone will understand that it isn't Asian cuisine you're jumping into. With that said, they offer pretty much the same selection as most other Chinese, Thai, or even "Cajun" mall eateries. I have learned to never bear too much in the name and go look at their menu and food display. Oftentimes, they have someone handing out samples of their popular meats if you need to get in idea of the flavor. Overall, for mall food, it's not bad, and the price is...
