Bigodisappointment. My review is thorough and honest and I stand by it. I dont care how good the food is, when i see someone crawling and standing all over the counter, dragging their butt and feet across it and not wiping it down im not eating there. Had i not already ordered and paid i would have gone somewhere else. Yes, for a taco! My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The flavor is good but ingredients are VERY skimpy. Its not a good value. Period. There is no way the pics posted came out of this restaurant. Had lunch here 1/20. I WISH i had thought to take pictures - of so many things. We've been waiting a long time for this place to open. We were hoping it would be good and, something the food court didn't already have. When you place your order you're given a tiny cup of free-joles 🙄 (with a spoon, no lid). Just free, practically no joles, all broth. Tasted good but what's the point if you have to search for a bean. I heard others complaining about the same thing. If you're going to advertise a free something with every meal don't insult your customers. So, you eat the "beans" in about 3 bites while you wait, instead of them coming out with your meal so they can be eaten with your meal. Waited 30-40 minutes for food after order was placed. While we waited they were having trouble with the monitor mounted next to the menu boards. Video loop of their highly stylized food kept stopping. Skinny chick "manager/team lead" type (she looked like she was about 15 and I'm being generous) 🤷♀️ kept hopping back and forth over the pick up counter dragging her butt and feet on it every time she did this. Then when she was on the customer side of the counter she got some young attractive male sitting at a table half way across the food court to lift her in a ballet-esque lift so she could stand on the counter to "fix" the monitor. Cute. They probably knew each other and was probably the reason she felt compelled to keep messing with the monitor. Then she would sit on the counter again and pivot her butt and legs back to the food service side of the counter, which was right next to where they were putting orders together.. She did this 3 times while i was waiting on food. No one ever wiped the counter after she did this, 3 times. At some point, guys, you have to decide to let it go and deal with it later, ESPECIALLY when you can't get your food out in a reasonable amount of time and everyone is watching you. There didn't seem to be any reason for the slowness, there were a lot of staff, to the point it seemed chaotic and unorganized and they were in each other's way. Obviously no readiness training for opening day. The customer line was no longer than chick-fil-a deals with on a daily basis. We finally asked about our order when everyone that had been ahead of us, and some behind us, had been served and left and we were still waiting. Our order "wasn't in the system" even though we paid and had a receipt. We were offered another tiny cup of free-no-joles for the inconvenience. No thanks. Now the food: Quesadillas with chicken were thin and practically all tortilla, very skimpy on filling and the condiments that it comes with. Arroz con Leche was runny like rice soup, tasted good but too liquid. My friends order was missing her condiments entirely. She had to go back to get them and still didn't get everything she was supposed to get. At that point she said forget it. I'm not going back. The horchata is terrible. You can tell it is commercially pre-prepared. Too sweet, no rice flavor at all. Just tasted like super sweet, cinnamon low fat milk. I threw it away. Im not going back for a good while. Lets see if they can improve. I don't have a lot of confidence they'll be around long. For now it's a waste of time and money. There are way better Mexican restaurants very near in the area with way better quality...
Read moreI came here Monday, July 1 at around 5:20 PM. I am utterly disgusted with the service here and how they treated us. It took them around 10 minutes to get us some drinks, even though there were people standing there without anything to do. I have to ask them why they were taking so long for our drinks and they said sorry we will get right on it and then it took them another five minutes to fill them up. We had to wait around 20 minutes for four burgers and the grills were empty for 10 of those minutes. when we received our food, they just left it at the table and didn't even offer any napkins, which is very rude and when I asked them about it, a lady who is working, there was acting very tired and took forever to grab some napkins that were right next to her. I thought there was something really wrong with my burger after taking some bites out of it and they appear to be big pieces of bacon in there which is against my religious practices. My food platter was labeled no bacon on it, and when I confronted the staff about it, they told us that it was mislabeled, which is very unprofessional and it really shows that this place has a disregard for customers, satisfaction, and dietary restrictions. I highly recommend that this place should be shut down and staff should be re-educated on how to properly maintain a food service. I'm utterly disgusted and I have never been treated in such a way as I have now. They refused to give compensation until I kept bugging them to, give me a refund which they did. they asked me if I would like some chips and queso, which I thought was their way of apologizing so I said yes and then they attempted to charge me $6.95 for chips and queso after what just happened. It appears that they're only there to make money and...

Street Food?? What street?? Chíngale Street?
Service was horrible. First you ask for a tip in a mall lowest is 15%. They made my ice tea and leave it on the counter and dont even tell me letting all the ice melt.
It took 20min to make food at 11:45am, you been open for breakfast. For sake, you are in a mall not a fine dining restaurant. The portion is like Momma Broke ass, the first taco is full the rest looks like the owner dont pay them enough so they eat the rest of the meat. 5 tacos for $9.99. The first tacos maybe less than a ounce of food then it gets worse as you go down the other tacos just a lot more cilantro and onions then down to just the tortillas
Not only did they Chíngale the tacos but also the rice. They only thing was good was the FREE Charros Bean.. Think about it. The only thing that was good waa Free...
I live near tacos trucks, so I know Street Tacos. They overfill the tacos and they are bigger than your middle finger, unlike here. They give you the middle finger and take your meat that you paid for. Keep in mind that this is Al Pastor I paid for, the cheapest cut of meat.
After I finished, 5 tacos...5 TACOS!!! I had to go next door to Sakura and buy Teriyaki Chicken plate for 9.49... Cheaper and more meat than the 5 TACOS, to be full..
In the streets.. You be full after 3 Tacos..
Dont go here. JUST LET THEM SHUT DOWN maybe aomething better will come along. It used to be tge pizza place..
Street Tacos my ass... Should be called Chíngale Street Tacos...
I gave a 20% tip but here's a Bonus tip,...
