So I used the Subway app (very convenient by the way) to order a salad for lunch. When I walked into the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised to find my order was ready. When I got back to my office I started a conference call and started eating I noticed my salad was missing the shredded cheese but I wasn't too worried (especially since I don't need the extra calories). After my call ended i realized my salad was also missing the turkey breast and ham so I called the restaurant. The gal who had made by salad was starting becoming defensive and asking why I didn't notice that it was missing the ham, turkey and cheese before I started eating. She then asked if I wanted another one and said I needed to bring the first one back. When I arrived back at the restaurant she once again started asking why I didn't notice what was missing before I started eating. She then said she too was tired and couldn't help that she made a mistake. Fortunately the manager was the other person working and she was very apologetic and told the gal to make me another salad. Finally after making the salad the gal apologized. Why did I give a 4 out of 5 stars rating? The manager was super sweet and very apologetic and offered me a drink and a cookie which may be small but saved the day. You can see both salads in my pictures. Read moreI never write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I go to this location a few times a week because it is close to my work. Every single time I’ve been here that older bigger Hispanic lady is so insanely rude. I’ve watched her tell a man (WITH HIS TODDLER about to use the restroom on himself ) tell him he can’t use the restroom unless he buys something, Ive witnessed her having full on cussing arguments with customers (including a 10-13 year old child over a mobile order) The fact that she is still hired there despite all of these negative reviews blows my mind. Truly a hire up needs to get in there to see how she is to all of the customers. I’m not sure what her problem is In life, but she takes it out at work. She rolls her eyes, her tone is rude, if there is something not on the menu, she will make sure to convey it in a condescending tone to you like YOU should know when they are out of stock on things. Every time I go in to this location its like they are constantly trying to push extra items on you that you didn't ask for and today was no different. I went in for a salad and was told they only had protein bowls. They don't have salads and haven't had them for about a month or so. I just went to a different location in the area on Monday and got a salad no problem. How can you not make a salad?
