Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Your average subway, except the service sucked at best, and they only had one type of cheese? We only wanted one foot long but the lady told us "no I give you two" and proceeded to make 2 six inch subs despite what we were telling her, the second one not even with the right meet. It shouldn't matter if it's a group of 1 or 50, please don't tell me what I should order. It's like they prefer to pretend they can't hear you while checking the clock every 10 seconds. Proceeded to drop the sandwich in front of us and throw the receipt without a second glance. It looked like the same service to those in front and behind us so I know it's not just me. However they were more than happy to help what looked like they're friends walking in ahead of people who were there first. I'd only deal with this again if there was absolutely nowhere else to go. This subway location is the worst subway location in South Houston during the evening. I go very often during the day and the staff is nice and accurate with the servings. At night time the service is honestly trash and the representatives are not nice at all. It's honestly like they hate their jobs. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to because not only do they mess your order up if you order online, but they always close before they are supposed to or what's advertised. Again I mentioned before I go there often during the morning / lunch hours and it's literally night and day. I would not recommend you going in or ordering online beyond 4:30pm. long wait, because only 1 of the 2 to 3 person staff is usually working while the others stand around on phone, talking to each other or pressing buttons on register all ignoring the growing line. today was the worst, the lady who ignore me for 10plus minutes, Juanita, and also ignored the fact that her co-worker, danesha was slammed, finally started making my two 6in sandwiches only to pull them out of the oven and set them on the counter and leave them and then go to the lady who just walked in and make her order.
