Okay, I almost don't want to share this so they don't get overwhelmed. But I thought the tacos were taking too long until I realized they had made the tortillas while I waited. That was among the best breakfast tacos I have ever had. Certainly worth the wait and price. I will be far more patient in the future. I think this is the first place I have ever felt was not charging enough for what they sell. I would pay 5$ for this huge perfect éclair, and the donut is worth 3$ easy because it is more than two regular donuts. Best donuts in Houston by far but also the heaviest. Diets die painful deaths here. Buyer beware.

We ordered: 2 Boudin kolaches 1 sausgae, egg, and cheese biscuit 1 brisket kolache 1 bacon, egg, and cheese croissant 1 chocolate milk The order cost $23.xx and the brisket was NOT brisket. It was ground beef with onions iand other spices. The sausage in the ***sausage***, egg, and cheese is HAMBURGER meat and the biscuit is not a biscuit....it's like a brioche bread or aomething. Everything was also way too bready. Will not be going back here. First time will be the last time.

Decided to try this place based on reviews. The donuts and kolaches are delicious! They are flavor full and gooooood. I tried the tacos and they were kind of disappointing, they looked so good in pictures! The egg was dry to me and that sucked but the coffee was good! The place has a variety of donuts, for and drinks. It is clean and the employees are nice.

Good donuts & kolaches. Period. BUT... if you're looking for a place to sit down and enjoy your food, this is NOT the place. I asked the gal at the counter (who always has this bitter attitude) why there's only one table... and she said that they're not supposed to have any tables, dues to regulations. But... they have one table... which contradicts her response. So she's either out of compliance with one table, or she's just blowing smoke on my face, I asked another employee before, and said they had several tables before, but after the scamdemic, only one table was set. We've been there a few times, and we always have to wait til the table is available... but not playing that game anymore. Way too many options in town. So we're not going...

I have eaten a lot of breakfast tacos, at a lot of places around Houston, over the last seventeen years. The "Western" (or, really, "everything") here ranks as one of the absolute best. It's got eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, chorizo, onions, peppers, and quite possibly some crack (but I don't even care), all wrapped up in a generous, well-grilled tortilla. Mostly I find a chorizo-only taco to be way too strong and one-note; the way they blend it in with the other ingredients here is a thing of beauty and a joy forever. They're big enough that you really only need one, but go ahead and treat yourself to two.

Oh, and their plain donuts are amazing, too. They taste just vaguely like they were fried in coconut oil, or something ... just a hint of...

The staff here is very friendly, and accommodating.

They have a great selection of donuts, and your typical selection of housemate kolaches.

Today I grabbed a small and a large jalapeno sausage and cheese kolache. They were pretty good I have to say. I've definitely had better but these are still pretty tasty. Lastly, I had a Bavarian cream filled donut. I must say this is one of the best Bavarian cream filled donuts I've ever had. I don't know what they're doing to their donuts, but the donut itself was so fresh and delicious! (The Bavarian cream inside was no exception)

I was able to get in and out of the shop within 3 minutes, and there is a decent amount of parking.

I get this place 5...
