Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

Just left Baskin Robin's on westview and I have to say it was a terrible experience. please wash your disgusting hands when you have dried chocolate icecream crusted up all over your wrist. and a little customer service pls. two young ladies were working it was around 930 so I guess they were in a hurry to close. one asked to take our order I had my 2 kids w me 9 and 5 I like for them to order for them selves, i think its good for them. clearly that irritated the girl she got short with my 5 year old daughter, just ignored her and only wanted to talk to me. I asked her if there was a problem, and she continued to go heavier with attitude. she said sometimes it's easier to just ask the parents, which I understand if there's a line but loosing your patience with a 5 year old girl can affect her confidence so i don't think it's to much to ask to show a little effort. I then commented that she might think about washing her hands as she had dried chocolate all over her wrist, I said that was disgusting. she then told me that she did not have to take my order If I was going to call her disgusting. well first i did not call her dis but it is absolutely disgusting to have left over dried chocolate ice cream on your wrist while your serving food. this girl has 0 respect or customer service and 0 hygiene. is this the best yall can do. wow! I really like catching attitude from a 16 year old girl while im trying to reward my kids...

The 1 ⛤ has nothing to do with the employees. Their customer service was 2nd to none. But has everything to do with the poor quality of products & surely overpriced. There was a time in years past when Baskin Robbins was know for their great tasting ice cream, full of intense flavor. I ordered the bubble gum ice cream. It had absolutely NO bubble flavor whatsoever. As a matter of fact, it had no flavor at all. It only tasted sweet but left that terrible medicine after taste that pink jelly beans usually leave. My daughter had a waffle come which taste like they used the least expensive ingredients to make, giving it an EXTREMELY cheap, low budget kinda taste...almost no taste at all. They have become overrated to say the least & way too pricey considering their poor quality of products. Won't be back to waste money. ($2.99 for a single scoop, $4.99 for a double, waffle come...

Went last night, called before I went to make sure they were open at 9:13pm, young lady answers the phone with attitude and says we are closing at 9:30, I say well online says 10 and she proceeds to say well we are slow so manager said we are closing early. I called another location who said corporate doesn't allow them to close early. I still went, they turned a gentlemen away and stood at the end of the counter with the lights off until I left. Called this afternoon to speak to a manager and get corporates number and they say one is not there and they don't have any phone number.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. baskin robbins has amazing ice cream so I will be returning to another location.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION...
