They want to stop taking orders at 10:20pm and they don’t even close till 10:30pm. They didn’t even have a long line and all I wanted was a smoothie cuzz I’m pregnant and I was craving it. And they want to be childish and say to the other customers that she had my smoothie but wasn’t going to give it to me because she didn’t feel like it, till she was done with the big order of other customer. And when I said something in respect to that they had the nerve to say that I should be thankful they took my order. It was 10:20pm! They had to take my order! Very bad experience. They used to be good when it came to taking your order, now it's they give you what they want. Went for nachos and frito pie 5 plus tax they want to tax me for jalapeños when it clearly says nachos come with it and the frito pie states it doesn't which I'm fine with. I tell the poor attitude attendant that I just want the basic nothing extra she tells me that is the basic. When she rings me up she taxes the jalapeños like that's not what I told you. To top things off there is literally only 5 jalapeños on my nachos like really! There food is great, the employees not so much. I think I need a new snow cone place any...

I purchased 3 fruit cocktails and when grab them with both hands, they fell on my car seat. The transparent big cups that they use are pretty big and pretty weak for the big pieces of fruit.

Am never buying anything from this place again, I prefer small pieces of fruits on a stronger container like a bionico. The only small pieces of fruit that I saw in the 3 cups, was the jamaica, there were 3 small cubic pieces per cup and the rest was mostly big pieces of watermelon and pineapple that were to unbalance and...
