Texas Home Electronics — Local services in Houston

We have been in our home since August 21. Texas Home Electronics was supposed to be the best based on service the previous owners had and we were excited to have such a great system. NOT!!!!! It’s 8 months later and our system has NEVER worked as it should. The only reason they get “1” star from us is because “Hailey”, answers the phone on the first ring but that is the only consistent business we’ve had with them. We’re demanding a full refund based on the service we’ve received and going with a better company if our system is not working 100% by tomorrow at 5:00. After using ADT and them over selling on a bunch of unneeded equipment since we had already paid for hardwiring through the builder we had them come out and take their things and they left a ton of holes in our doors and walls.
