I had already been in the store looking around when I overheard the cashier tell the group of girls that walked in “hello, just so you know it’s cash only”. She didn’t tell me that. When I was checking out I asked about my miniso points and with an attitude the cashier said “sorry I submitted it already” so I asked to have the points added to my account to which she said “I would have to do a refund and don’t know how to do that”. You’re working the register and don’t know how to do returns? Then after an awkward pause she proceeded to start the return and completed it without any issues.. she told me I had 65 points. I said with this purchase or before the purchase? She said before so you will get 10 more points. I said okay. She then took some money out rudely handed it to me and I said what’s this? She said I get a 10% discount for adding my phone number for points then threw the receipt towards me. She printed a new receipt with the return and threw that towards me too. My receipt did not reflect the points she said I had and was so confused as to why she was being so rude and the whole...

We were in the area and decided to stop at Miniso. It’s a cute little store located in the plaza. A bit hidden because it’s on the inner side. It’s a small store but it’s filled with stuff. If you are a fan of Sanrio, then this place is for you. They had a wide variety of plushies, bag packs, water bottles, keychains, cups, socks etc. the store smells good, it’s super clean and clearly well maintained. Since i have been to another Miniso, this one seemed more on the stuffed toys end. The one I had been to had gadgets, beauty tools, etc. This place is definitely overpriced. If you are in the area, do check them out. It’s kids friendly. They will not want to leave. Parking was easily accessible. It’s right in front of the store and shared by other...

Cutesy, but overly priced store. Most items are cheaply made with cheap/thin plastic & a decal of whatever character on the front. There were also lots of repetitive items but in different characters. Sleep masks, socks, etc. I went specifically for a Gigi pig plushie & there was only one left. It's a shame that was not stocked. The store was clean & smelled pleasant. However, the prices cannot be justified for the poor quality of items. Almost all of the items can be purchased online for less than half of the cost....
