The Teahouse — Restaurant in Houston

We have been a loyal customer since the day it's been opened:-)! Me and my Sons and our friends anytime of the day we will go pop over there and order some tapioca drinks:-)! This place is very contemporary stylish couch to have a group to sit together and enjoy our conversation and gathering you could also sit on those quaint little tables as love couples love to do to spend time together or dating:-)! They use fresh fruit and is very healthy drinks for all ages we just love going there especially when those days are hot and in the summer time this is a fantastic place to go to :-)! They have so many variety of choices and flavors to choose from to try :-)! Even the police officers pop over there and order some nutritious healthy drinks :-)! Even the pieces of the chicken nugget I call it is so delicious you can pop it in your mouth so tasty and tender but a little too small size but it tastes so good :-)! For me it's just a snack or appetizer size :-)! This place is a very nice Teahouse :-)! I will hope that you all will enjoy the Teahouse like we always do:-)! And what I love about this drink they have a large straw which you could suck up all the boba's tapioca and chew on it and also they have this plastic sealant where you cannot spill all of it if you knock it down especially for kids but I do have to warn you please do not give it to toddlers because if they don't understand how to chew it they might choke on it I would not recommend them to have boba Tapioca especially the large size but just to healthy drink itself then I would recommend to the toddlers:-)! The drinks are large and it's worth its price at the same time if you cannot finish it you can take it to go or you can order to go wherever you go to I will not recommend to save it the next day but it just depends what type of drinks do you order...

Just meh. I was excited to try this place because of the high reviews, but I wasn't impressed. I initially ordered an iced passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly - the tea was very floral, to the point that it tasted like I was drinking potpourri. After a few sips, I took them up on their 150% guarantee and asked them to make me something else. The lady behind the counter seemed confused about me asking for a new drink, but quickly got it out to me. My new iced mango green tea with green apple jelly was so bitter it was nearly inedible. I won't order their green tea again. We also ordered the popcorn chicken (it's the kind of meat nightmares are made of - you know the kind where you can't tell if it's actually chicken or not 😅), strawberry ice blend (good), and passion fruit ice blend with green apple jelly (really yum).

If we come back, I'll try the honeydew cream tea next time. We saw a review with a cockroach in the popcorn chicken and are completely nauseated thinking about be chicken we just ate, so we probably won't be back to...

Thai tea is my favorite I was upset at the customer service. They were not wearing masks and they should have done that. I placed my order thorough google and I had order thai green tea and I wanted green apple tea I didn't see it on the menu so that was on me so when I arrived to pick it up I had asked the lady if she could change it and gave me attitude saying something like well I guess I could next time make sure you order what you want .... like the whole point of customer service is to be polite and give the client what they want so they can be happy with your service after so many years of coming to this place I never had to encounter a situation like that and I feel like they need to be better with their attitude specially right now. Overall the tea is always on point but I do need them to see that customer service is a priority and the customers has the right to get their order right since they are...
