Taqueria el Aragan (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

TLDR: It's a GOOD but not GREAT taco truck.. portions are good, sauce is good, and cuts/quality/taste of meats is good, service was excellent. Prices are a bit high for the quality.

so I really love taco trucks. I was really excited to try this truck with all the raving reviews but I'm gonna be brutal. They are EXPENSIVE I got 4 fajita flour tacos and a regular chicken burrito. And 2 sodas for 18 bucks... and a tip. That's a LOT for just two people. The burrito was good-ish? Felt like there was very little meat compared to the lettuce and cheese. The meat was good but definitely not great. The tacos were a good size and had plenty of meat which is nice. The fajita was good. But again not great. It was cooked well, there were not fatty cartilage bits like other trucks. The choice/cut of meat. The amount it was cooked. PERFECT. Flavor was nothing crazy. Salsa verde was average and hot, and the salsa rojo was good but not strong. It's over all a good but not great truck contrary to most of the reviews claiming it's the best.
