Service was bad from the being the waitresses wasn't paying attention to my husband about the drinks where he couldn't finish telling her before she walk off . Ok so they brought the tea out that was fine but there's was no napkins nor did they bring any chips or salsa to our table and we where sitting next to where they come out with the food anyways we where there waiting 30 minutes long enough that we where able to finish our tea they finally brought the chips and salsa out to us my husband was wondering why they where taking so long we gave them a chance until I asked the waitresses she walk away but never came back to tell us anything I notice people who came after us got there food I was thinking how hard is it to pour menudo cause that's what I order ! I been here before and had ok service but this time is bad they have lost a long time customer. And instead of the manager talking to us he stayed in the back 🙄 😒 and sent his waitresses out saying that she didn't no why the her order wasn't getting out but instead of not charging me for the drinks they did bad customer service and I just one outta of many but this how a business goes down with bad management that don't care about there customers seating a person without cleaning the tables off before seating other people. This has done it for me . I would give no stars...

Will not be going back,poor customer service, when waiter took our order we specifically told her no tomato on the burrito, when my husband got his food it had tomato so we called the waiter to tell her it had tomato.by that time my husband had said can I just order a different plate she went to ask & she came back saying that we couldn’t,but that they can make a new burrito.I even mentioned to my husband watch they are just going to remove the tomato which my husband could’ve done that from the beginning but the tomato was small pieces.So she brings the burrito back as soon as he took a bite it still had tomatoes smh…So by this point we were done asked for the ticket I had told the manager that I was not going to pay for the burrito.
