Has a very limited selection of adult books but its to be expected considering this location was closed for three years~ after Harvey. Im glad to see it open again. Has a very colorful children’s display (children’s area is the biggest) and plenty of computers and a printer.

August 2023. Much to my surprise, Melcher Library has reopened during the week but closed on weekends. Anyone interested in reopening the Library on weekends - which is when it should be open - should call the central library downtown to make that request. If enough people call, they'll reopen it. Reading is what?...
