Dunkin' — Restaurant in Howell Township

Liz (who was probably a manager) you get 1 star but because google is kind enough to give you a star. I understand we all have bad days but honestly if you are having one who shouldn’t be in the front like taking drive through and maybe be in the back doing something else. With that being said. I just went through the drive through to make an order to start with “can I help you” so I said good morning. She proceeded with can I help you ? Well dam ok someone might be having a bad day. No manners but it’s okay not everyone was raised with manners. As I said good morning to her she replied with a “ what do you want “. I said “one second the screen changed so I can’t see the menu.” I proceeded and said can I get a 6 $ menu. And she said on what. I said on a croissant as I was telling her no bacon she started to talk over me and ask ice or cold. I said did you hear that I said no bacon ? (Mind you she was talking over me while I said no bacon. ) I just wanted to make sure she heard me cause I can’t have bacon. She answer and said “ i heard you “ (in a nasty tone) and( a nasty attitude) I said ma’am. You don’t have to be rude ! Can you believe all she replied to what I said was “i heard you. “ I’m like you know what forget my order. Ima leave a review and she said okay? With a tone that she didn’t even care that her lack of customer service was so horrible. So Dunkin’ do better cause weather I buy 6$ worth of menu or 50$ customer service for everyone should be good. 50/50 chance of you getting the wrong order/order made incorrectly. Just ordered a large coffee, they gave it to me in a small cup, only 3/4 the way full. The kids working there were too busy cursing at eachother and goofing around that I guess they didn't notice. A few weeks ago I ordered a large ice coffee with cream. They put about 10ml of cream in it. When I asked for more cream, the teen put in another 10ml of cream. I wasn't about to beg for a normal coffee, so I just threw it out and went to quickcheck. I love Dunkin, but I just wish the employees cared a bit more. Hell, I'll even tip if that means I can get the order I asked for. Maybe a tip jar would encourage these kids to work harder??? I have been coming here since they opened. The only reason I even still went is because it's close to the parkway. It never fails the simplest order gets screwed up. An there is never the same people working they have the worst attitudes. They actually have the nerve to talk about what customers are ordering and question why they would want it with the window wide open. There nasty and act ghetto. I cannot believe no one has done anything about this. Dare to correct your order and they get mad. I understand having fun at work but there's a time and place to talk about kicking the s* out of someone not when your waiting on a 7 car line. I'm so disgusted by this place. I won't go anymore.
