I've been a delivery customer since Aug 2022 and I order weekly, spending from $80-$105/wk. Generally my experience has been good, but customer service is very lacking and almost non-existent if there is a problem. The food is good and it is affordable. I've come to depend on it nutritionally as part of my workout model. The last two weeks of delivery have been problematic. Both times my order was not delivered on delivery day. The only customer service is a text message after the fact saying, "Sorry, your delivery was not completed today. Please contact our team to reschedule." I find this message insulting. Rather than the vendor contacting me with new delivery info and perhaps some sort of credit or bonus for the inconvenience, they want YOU to contact THEM. Then when you try to contact them it is a black hole. The only phone number they have is the owner's mobile, which he never picks up. Often you can't leave a message b/c the mailbox is full. Texting that same number often results in no reply. It's the same with their email. Without any notice, my last order was delivered the day after delivery day. Currently, delivery day was yesterday and I've not heard or seen anything yet. Their customer service model and execution is something they have not thought through and if you have a problem with delivery, have received the wrong meals or some meals are missing, or your order has been mis-delivered, good luck trying to resolve it. They leave you in the lurch with minimal or no communication. Their management of customer expectations is absolutely terrible if something goes wrong and they don't seem to have the infrastructure or organization to communicate with the customer. He even refunded me the cost of the meal. Honestly amazing customer service. Food that I've been able to eat is really tasty as well. Would definitely order from them again in the future. First time ordering. So far food has been really good. My only complaint and the reason for not giving a better rating, is because they do not write all ingredients in the description, which can be seriously problematic for people with food allergies/sensitivities. Ordered something that visibly had mushrooms in it and was not listed in the description when ordered and someone has an allergy to them, luckily the meal was not eaten by that person.
