The most awful experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The entire time the staff was talking loudly across the room from one another and rushing from person to person trying to do a million things at once just so they didn't have to turn anyone away. The result was the most awful gel manicure I have ever gotten. It's been less than a week and it's already peeling up around the edges. Not to mention how sloppy they looked the day I had them done. At least 2 customers walked out after having been told "one more minute" for over an hour. Another woman sat with her feet soaking for an hour before someone was ready to start on her pedicure. There are 5 zillion nail places out there. I cannot fathom how this place has good reviews or why anyone would return. My mom and sister also joined me. Sisters nails were as sloppy as mine (why even pay a professional?!) and my mom had a nail fixed and she said the woman literally did her nail standing up. Every time the woman rushing to do my nails finished a finger she would push my hand back towards me to indicate it should go under the light. When I told her I wasn't happy with the sloppiness and felt that she was rushing she got extremely defensive and started speaking to her peers aggressively in Vietnamese 👌🏼. Great customer service. Never...
Read moreCame in for my scheduled appointment with Lonni & surprise- she’s no longer there!!! No phone call to inform their clients. So now the shuffle game begins trying to fit me in with someone else. The owners wife had a major attitude that she had to do my pedicure. Nails left long even after I asked her to please make them shorter. Both big toe nails are filed crooked & on a slant so the nail isn’t straight across. How does that even make sense? Looks horrible but I’m afraid to file it on my own to fix it & crack the polish. The owner did my nails. He’s quick but that’s not always good. No care is taken for cuticles that may need a trim. Few fingernails are left lumpy or filed crooked. One nail has some dust or cotton string left under the clear top coat. These are all the things you don’t notice there till you leave & see it in the sun driving or at home. They aren’t cheap. $55 total for pedicure & gel fill w gel polish. There’s nothing more frustrating than paying for a service that’s not done well. Another thing I must mention- the owner is CONSTANTLY on the phone as he’s doing your nails. I understand having to answer the phone for appointments etc but why can’t someone else not doing anything answer it? He tries to multi task but it’s the customer who gets short changed while he’s...
Read moreHad a 1230 appointment yesterday for gel color mani and lavender spa pedi. My appointment said gel fill when I checked in si I informed the front desk "it's ok" Wait 20 minutes before I even get taken. Girl comes over says "spa pedicure" I say yes. Pedicure was good Go to gel color manicure and she over files with electric file after sitting with soak off. Asks questions I can't understand (not language quiet) and I realize after she's asking it I have had tips (I haven't in 20 years) Polish is terrible. Bubbly, many coats (yes it's light color but prior I had very light blue and only 2 coats) Chipped already. Asked for short and they are uneven and look like a child's nails.
Get to check out and I get charged 60 vs 50 for pedicure. They did the "collagen " vs lavender and it was 10 dollars more. I asked why when I booked and it said lavender and their response was "sorry sometimes they don't ask and just do that one"
So now not only do I have to go to a new place to get this redone I spent more money because they are shady AND I was 20 minutes behind.
I also watched them share a foot grater without it being sanitized. While this could be how it is at other places at least they pretend.
Don't do it....I'm...
