The clothing and accessories were nice, as well as most shoes. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help the entire time I was in the store. I was just started at and closely monitored as if I was going to shoplift, yet I never walked around with anything in my hands except for my purse. While I was in there though, she did greet other customers that entered and informed them about a sale that was going on. I walked past her many times, one of those times I went to smile at her and she just looked me up and down. I have shopped here many times over the years and have found a lot of nice clothes. Recently I was looking for a dress for my grandson's wedding and stopped in multiple times (here and many other places) hoping to find one I liked. Two of those times I was assisted by Emily. She was very helpful and encouraging. I found one dress I didn't love but bought it as a backup. Then I came back a couple of weeks later and a new dress was there. Me and my friends went in here to look around, maybe see if they had cute dresses for winterfest, and they did, but while i tried on a dress in the dressing room, a staff member came up to my friends who were trying on shoes and weren’t being loud, and told them they needed to “buy something or get out, because they were stretching out the shoes” in a really rude tone.
