Terrible food! The sausage gravy was canned. The biscuit had a really weird taste. Everything was cold. If you’re going to warm it up in the microwave, make sure it’s actually up to temperature.
Yes, it was the Hubbard location. Maybe I’m just used to homemade sausage gravy with seasoning and flavor. As with everyone else, my taste is different than others. If I could make any suggestions, try adding some more pepper. It doesn’t have to be spicy, but it was definitely lacking flavor. If it actually is homemade like your response suggests, then my apologies. I could also suggest putting the gravy on right before it is served to customers so it doesn’t develop that little bit of film on top like when you microwave gravy, mashed potatoes etc.. and let it sit...

Update: I wish I could tack on another star. The team here is incredible. Very attentive, friendly and efficient. They even offer a wide range of healthier options and the menu here has something for everyone. My daughter is currently devouring the kids pancakes with bacon and just exclaimed that this is her favorite place for breakfast. I have tried about a third of the menu here now both breakfast and lunch. I have never had a bad meal here. I have over 15 years of experience in food service in multiple states. When she asked how I wanted my eggs the alarm bells should have gone off. The final warning or indication this was NOT the place for this meal was when she asked if I wanted the holli on the side? When asked why was sending the meal back the manager informed me that they don’t poach eggs.
