Mr. Pollo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Huber Heights

Heard about the place so wanted to give it a try. Got there and not busy at all. Placed order and paid. When I got home and started handing out food is when the experience started. Got a burrito instead of the chimichunga we ordered. I called to let them know and just wanted to take them the burrito and get the chimi we had ordered. It was a big thing on the phone and an argument while he spoke spoke to some lady in Spanish for several minutes.. I told them I could just bring all the food back for a refund. They decided to make it for us. I went and got it. When I got back home my family showed me the tacos we ordered and said they were unedible. They were chicken. The chicken was so burnt, dry, and just smash into crumbs. I go back up there and after showing them the guy said what's wrong with that. They did remake them. They were not apologetic at all. I have pictures but it wont let me paste it for some reason. Somewhat better this time. But we did not want lettuce and onion on them when we ordered and they covered them so alot of work picking it all off. The food wasn't good at all. The price was high. We get more for our money at Eltoro and it's way better. I do t expect this place...

Not bad for a start up restaurant. We walked in they asked if we were dining in or taking out. We were dining in. They had us sit down and gave us menus. We looked at the menu and nobody came over. We ended up walking up to the counter to order. I changed my mind when we got up there because what I ordered was not on the menu but on the board. Once we ordered, we were informed the soda machine did not work and all they had were bottled beverages, but they didn't have water, I had to walk out to my car to get a bottle of water because I don't drink pop. Food finally came out after about 10ish minutes, the nachos were delicious but the tacos were a bit over cooked. Went to the restroom, and there was pee all over the seat and the soap dispenser was completely empty. I went to the front and told they lady working and she didn't send anybody back to refill it. While I was up there, I asked for a box and nobody gave me one. Thr kid who was working walked over once I sat back down and asked if we needed anything, from there again, I asked for a box. He grabbed me what I needed. We were unsure how they wanted to run the restaurant, I suggest they work...

This was our first time eating here. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was quite hot in there. We were a party of 6. Our orders were taken and we had a seat. "Some" of our food came out pretty quickly. I member of our party was a bit confused when he was handed 3 tacos when he had ordered 2. My son and I weren't given our food at all. When the gentleman asked how we were all doing I asked about my and my son's orders. He asked again what we had ordered and eventually mine came out. They brought out chicken fajitas and I had ordered steak. But at least the food quality was ok. They then tried to tell us that they had already given us my son's tacos. That they had brought out a total of 4 tacos. We said "no there were 3 tacos". They continued to try and say we had them. Finally they brought out my son's order. They then said it would be free. (Although we had ordered and paid for them already). He then said the other tacos would be free as well, but never asked for the card to credit us🤷. Again what we did receive tasted fine I think you get better from the other Mexican places in town. We'll go to Las Piramides or El Rancho...
