Iāve ordered from Aroma Joeās through DoorDash a lot, and every single time from this location specifically, they mess something up. Itās beyond frustrating at this point.
Iāve had items completely missingālike a glazed donut I ordered twice and never got either timeāthe store never gives a refund or even tries to fix it. One time I got a flat and watered down rush, and today I ordered two plain bagels, received two asiago bagels instead. They also ALWAYS put the butter in the bagel bag (I get it toasted) so everything is melted by the time I get it.
This time I called the store and the worker stated they sent me the plain bagels⦠nope. You did not.
She said I could also come through the drive thru and she could ārefundā me for it⦠like seriously? What about all the other things I ordered that I never received either? I canāt eat the bagels I got due to a health issue so I guess it was a huge waste of money.
Iāve given them so many chances, but itās always the same mistakes. It feels like they just donāt care about their customers or the quality of their food and I swear they do it on purpose. Iām so tired of wasting my money on this place, Iām done ordering from them. I used to like Aroma Joes but itās a shame I have to stop supporting them.

The drinks are always made how we like them and the few times we get food in the morning itās always been hot and good! I specifically want to give a shout out to your barista Grace on Saturday morning this past weekend. It was 6:30 ish in the morning on a day that we both knew was going to be taxing and awful, filled with sadness still bleeding over from the week before, but when we got our drinks and food we opened up our bag to something completely unexpected. Such a warm heartfelt note that over the next 500 miles we drove on Saturday, we couldnāt stop talking about it. It now lives in my car right next to the picture of my partner and our pup cup obsessed pooch.
