Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hudson

Everyone working here looks absolutely miserable. I walked out so upset I was waiting for my mobile ordered and the lady was putting my order on the counter not my fault she struggled with how to put it on the counter. She had the audacity to walk away and throw her hands up at me because I told her it was my order. I’m sorry but I’m a paying customer you do not throw your hands up at me because you didn’t know how to place my order on the counter for me to pick up. Coffee and food great but won’t come back here until they all get new attitudes especially the one who handed me my order roughly and threw her hands up at me. Fast forward to 02/22/25 gave another chance and this disrespectful girl told me and my mom she can’t remake our food because it was on time on their part when we got stuck in snow and was making rude remarks talking to her other coworker saying that’s weird for her to ask. I continue to try to give this dunks a chance because its the most convenient for me. however, they continue to disappoint. Today was the last straw waiting in line for 15 minutes to see a sign at the drive through that there is no food except for donuts and muffins. I was starving so I ordered a blueberry donut. I get to the window about ten minutes later and get my food as im driving I pull out my donut take a bite its pumpkin…. Not to mention the last time I went i ordered a breakfast sandwich and a wake up wrap. Waited in line for twenty minutes just for them to give me only a breakfast sandwich. I explained that I also ordered a wake up wrap the lady who worked there got extremely angry and said she couldnt ring anymore food in and that I would have to go back around in line to get what I had already ordered. I have many more stories with this dunkin. Long story short do not waste your money...

I'd like to say that I love this dunks, my 1 star has nothing to do with the beverages, food or most of the staff, but today I witnessed a horrible thing that a manager did today. She's a newer manager, blondish hair. A gentleman in line ordered, his bill was like 9.80..gave "manager" 40.00 and said pay it forward. Next in line girl order was like 12 something. The manager pocketed the money. Never "paid it forward".
