The owner operator needs to know that the manager with the blunt bob cut is absolutely horrible to her employees.
If I owned this location, I would work on letting her go or demoting her. She should not be in a management position, as she does not know how to speak to people appropriately when she is stressed. Her behavior is bad for the brand, staffing, and for the guests.
I and two other people stopped by--the food and the rest of the team was great. Michelle was very kind, fast, and took our orders accurately, but the manager with the bob cut was yelling across the room at her team, demeaning them, treating them as if they were stupid because they didn't guess what she wanted. (Her communication was poor to begin with.)

The drive-thru is supposed to be open until 12 midnight, and yet the sign is dark, and the drive-thru is closed often shortly after 11:30 PM. My daughter gets out of work at 12:00 AM, so I have tried to swing into Arby's several times on my way to pick her up from her job, getting to Arby's about 11:45, and yet they are closed down and refuse to take my order.
