I placed an order at 5:30 PM, but it’s now 7:00 PM and I still haven’t received my food. 35 order
The driver claimed he couldn’t find my house, and while he said he called eight times, when I tried calling him back, I couldn’t reach him on the number he called from, and it took a long time for the store to answer. I called the store and asked on what happened because the app said it was complete. Xavier was the driver. That looked on me that said I'll get in touch with the driver. They didn't tell me but they transfer me to the driver and the driver said that he tried to call but he completed it because he couldn't find the house. You can see on the picture it is complete on Forest road. I do not live on Forest road. Forest road is actually Domino's where Domino's is at.
The second time I call.
I spoke to the manager, who apologized but said it would take another 45 minutes to prepare and send my order out again, and they said they issue a refund. They claimed the issue was due to new drivers, but I’ve never had problems finding my house before, and many others in my community order from Domino’s regularly. I’m frustrated that I’m expected to wait even longer and then wait additional days to receive a refund as well. This situation is poor customer service and disappointing.
I requested the food sent out because it was more than 45 minutes late and a refund but a man just said he could not do both . I have been a manager before in other establishments, the management can do what he wants to do to keep a customer. I guess I'll start order from Papa John's going forward.

I was told that it was too far so I thanked them and hung up. Thirty seconds later the supervisor called back and said they would deliver there because of the big order. Great, I'd call back Thursday to make my order. Called and ordered the pizzas on Thursday to be delivered at 9 o'clock Friday night. 9:15 on Friday, my order was still not there so I called to check on it. It was then that I was told they don't deliver out that far and that my order had been cancelled by the manager. "We should have called but we have just been too busy." Of course the manager wasn't there but he would text him and have him call me back. When this place fails, it will be deservingly. Terrible service, my advice is to support a business that is better...
