I have to say I wasn’t going to do a review but after 4-5 tries I feel I need to, I have to say I do think they make good food on food if give 4 out of 5 starts but customer service 2starts they do not treat you right, ok 4-5 Sunday’s in row go get a salad which $9:23 is high but they are good, one Sunday I’ve always gave a tip I left my purse I get to the window and I like 3 cents she said no she had to have the 3 cents, I can’t count the times I’ve gave way more 3 cents, the next week they had no change so instead giving me my 77 cents back they keep it, the next Sunday close at 10 sign says 10 two cars in front there’s Know way I was in like at 9:25 that same car sit there till 9:35 it dose not take 10 min to order, but thought maybe there could be a mix up, the car behind them or us or the 2 behind us got our order in, they cut the lights off at8:50! Said we are closed ok the next Sunday go said we are out of lettuce that they where closed 9:45 this Sunday same car in line us and another car sits at that window for 8 min till they turned the lights out, ok so we go around and that car that sit there for 7/8 min went in around I thought maybe they told him to, know a guy comes out the back door behind the building leans over to talk to them not bringing a order that car was waiting on this guy, but to sit at a drive threw window so Know one else can get a order in, that’s just wrong and that’s what happened I was giving the benefit of doubt up till that point, I was thinking about not writhing this but I think I pay enough $ to say what my feelings are about that if you close at 10 pm Lights should go out at 10 but if you are in line9:30 and don’t get to order bc someone just don’t want to take an order,I know everyone saying go some where else I think they are high for salad and chicken fingers was $21:something, I will try again maybe not on a Sunday I hope if you go late on Sunday your luck is better than mine sorry if made anyone mad but...
Read moreGreat food but the service sucks. I know there are lazy people in many positions especially food service but this location takes the cake. We ordered online to pick up. Got all the way home and they forgot my salad. Had to drive back to Hueytown since they don’t give refunds to get the salad. Walked inside to never be greeted let alone smiled at. This guy assisting drive thru is constantly on his phone, looks up and walks in back to tell another worker that I’m waiting to be helped. A girl comes to the front looking annoyed that I need assistance and I tell her they forgot to give me the Cobb salad. She tells one of the cooks in the back to make the salad. The salad is ready and sits on the back counter waiting to be bagged. I stand there for 10 minutes waiting while the man assisting the drive thru sits on his phone. He had acknowledged my salad but didn’t care since the front isn’t his job. The girl comes back to bag my salad. I ask about sauces since we paid for extra and never received them. The drive thru is always backed up and now I understand why. The service sucks and is slow. There were a total of 7-8 workers yesterday but was ran by what felt like 3 people. I understand if you’re short staffed and running around like a mad man but half of the workers were on their phones or disappeared all together. The cooks were the only ones busting their butts in the restaurant. Nothing but attitude. I won’t be visiting this location again.
update My review was escalated to the manager and he sent me a gift card. We went back to this location today. Our order was taken by the same girl that helped me the first time. Her attitude was the same, like we were bothering her but the service was much faster. We made sure to check the bags before we left and nothing was missing. Read moreTerrible again! Theres a line around the building..that won't last long. People in drive thru got orders..bothered to come in (while I was waiting) for corrections. People inside ordered for here and were all getting bagged food. I ordered fries separate to go..get & eat while I waited on salads to go. Terrible when you feel you need to come in to endure your order is correct..3 times incorrect at drive thru and not special requests. Well girl at front with fluffy hair got busy with something. I adked about my fries, she said not ready yet and shrugged..I asked about the box that had been sitting in the wondow. She gave me a bag..I asked about correct dressings this time..she said yes and pushed bag at me. I asked about my fries to eat while I wait..oh yeah then gave me the box. I had explained clearly to girl upon ordering (like the manager told me twice when I complained-order first and separate) why I ordered fries separately and that they were to eat while I waited. I looked at 2 salads and saw black container, ate my not hot fries & left. Upon getting home, I find 2 ranch and 2 ceasar..not honey mustard again. Why bother asking if you continue to not give paying customers what they request..and, it's clearly on the ticket. I try Not to go to Zachbys but my friend wanted the cobb with honey mustard..she won't ask me again..she got ranch. Its a buzz at church..has been all summer (since before Memorial Day). Our ladies group (14) voted NO due to multiple reasons..incorrect items. Non caring staff..to include managers with responses and long waits topped reasons. If you like your store. Respect those to come in, bother to listen to orders and fill correctly & check, keep back and front of store clean and trash talk with each other...
